This is an important announcement, so please read through to the end.

Members who completed their new membership or renewal by Friday, October 31, 2025, will have their 2025 Membership Benefits shipped sequentially from mid- to late January 2026.
(Please note that shipping dates may vary depending on the production schedule.)

In addition, members who have continued their membership for 3, 5, or 10 years will receive their respective anniversary pin badges together with the above items.

3-Year Continuation Pin:

Members who joined during the 2023 Membership Period
　Joined between April 3, 2023 (Mon) 12:00 – October 31, 2023 (Tue) 23:59

5-Year Continuation Pin:

Members who joined during the 2021 Membership Period
　Joined between April 1, 2021 (Thu) 12:00 – July 5, 2021 (Mon) 23:59

10-Year Continuation Pin:

Members who joined during the 2016 Membership Period
　Joined between April 10, 2016 (Sun) – October 30, 2016 (Sun) 23:59

Due to the current global shipping situation and the discontinuation of certain delivery methods,
the membership benefits will be shipped sequentially using the available shipping options.

Shipment is scheduled to begin gradually from mid- to late January 2026.

If you expect to move or change your address between January 19 and January 31, 2026,
please make sure to update your address via My Page by 23:59 (JST) on December 2, 2025.

Since delivery may take about 1–2 weeks, please register an address where you can receive your package during that period.

If we are unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address,
please note that the reshipping fee will be charged to the customer.
