📦 Shipment Details

Membership benefits were shipped on January 29, 2026, to members who joined or renewed their membership during the 2025 membership period.

Shipping method:

• Small Package (Airmail, Registered Mail Optional Service)

• In certain regions where delivery is restricted, shipments may be sent via DHL.

• Membership benefits for members residing in the United States are shipped via UPS.

If you do not receive your membership benefits within one month, please contact customer support by March 31, 2026 using the inquiry form below.

• If we do not receive an inquiry by 23:59 (JST) on March 31, 2026, we will be unable to resend the membership benefits, even if they were not received.

• If reshipment is required, the item will be resent after the shipping fee has been paid by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
