<1. Regarding the automatic update settings>

From April 1st, we will start accepting renewals and new members for 2021. Application is open until June 30th, as in past years.

Automatic membership renewal settings have been enabled, and existing members who wish to renew their membership may switch ON automatic renewal via their My Page settings. Please note that payment will be settled on June 1st.
(Members may also choose to renew their membership immediately from their My Page.)

We would like to remind members who do not wish to renew their memberships to switch OFF automatic renewal on their My Page settings.
*Please note that we will not be able to issue refunds for memberships that have been renewed automatically.

<2. Regarding the delivery schedule of the 2021 member bonuses>

The schedule of delivery to members located overseas for 2021 is scheduled as follows.
The following bonus items are for renewing members:

<3. About delivery delay of 2020 member benefits>

Member benefits have not yet been delivered to members living in some areas.
We apologize for not being able to deliver the member benefits due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection.

Currently, we are considering the timing of delivery while checking the delivery status of international mail.
We will deliver it when it is ready for delivery, so please wait for a while.

Please be assured that you will delivere the membership benefits for 2020 even if you do not continue to be a member for 2021.
